  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz cooked crab meat or chunks of white fish
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation Steps

Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the Potatoes

Step 5: Season and Serve

Add salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Stir gently and taste to adjust seasoning. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and, optionally, crusty bread on the side.
