In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about ¾ inch thick.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
