Preparation Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Sushi Rice

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice with 2 cups water in a rice cooker or pot according to package instructions.
  3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat until dissolved.
