Ingredients
1 pound (450g) roast beef, thinly sliced
8–10 slider buns or small dinner rolls
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
Lettuce leaves (optional)
Sliced pickles (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Buns
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them in the oven for 3–5 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
Step 2: Assemble the Sliders
Spread mayonnaise or horseradish sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
Add a thin layer of Dijon mustard if desired.
Place slices of roast beef on top, seasoning lightly with salt and black pepper.
Add a slice of cheese on top of the beef.
Include lettuce leaves or pickles if desired.
