Ingredients
For the Ice Cream:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Fried Chicken:
2 small chicken drumsticks or wings
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Optional Toppings:
Honey or maple syrup

Preparation Steps

In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, and sugar. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
