Ingredients
8 ounces (225g) fettuccine or your favorite pasta
1 pound (450g) ground beef or thinly sliced beef strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation Steps
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
Remove excess fat if necessary and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream and milk to the skillet.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 4: Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and beef.
Toss until the pasta is evenly coated and heated through.
Step 5: Serve
